摘　　要：首次报道了新型C10高碳糖胺基衍生物的合成.以结构全新的高碳糖为原料,与芳胺反应得到高碳糖亚胺,经NaBH4立体选择性还原合成了8种结构新颖的高碳糖胺基衍生物.所合成化合物结构经1H-NMR1、3C-NMR、IR和元素分析确证,并对其波谱数据进行了分析.A series of novel C10 higher carbon amino sugar derivatives are synthesized for the first time. Treatment of higher carbon sugars with various substituted anilines followed by stereoseleetive reduction with NaBH4 provides eight novel higher carbon amino sugar derivatives. The structures of these higher carbon amino sugars are elucidated by means of ^1H-NMR,IaC-NMR, IR and Elemental analysis, and spectroscopic analysis is discussed.
