Determination of trace copper in seawater by minicolumn field sampling technique

摘  要:在海水(pH7.8-8.5)条件下,使用微型柱现场在线采样(MFS)技术直接对海水中痕量铜进行预富集,然后在实验室中采用流动注射-火焰原子吸收(FI—FAAS)联用系统成功地实现了对海水中铜的测定.当采样体积为50mL时,其富集因子为432,检出限为0.019μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.68%.对海水中微量元素标准物质GBW(E)080040和大连老虎滩区域海水中的(沁进行分析,均得到满意结果.Cu in seawater samples were collected and pre- concentrated in site by on - line minicolumn field sampling(MFS) technique under the acidity of seawater, the adsorption materials of the column used for the first was Amherlite XAD- 2 functionalized with dithizone(H2Dz)copolymer resin (XAD- H2Dz). Then in the laboratory, these minicolumns were determined by flow injection - flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FI - FAAS). The enrichment factor of 432 was obtained for 50 mL of sampling volumes, and the detection limit was 0. 019 μg/L and relative standard deviation (5 μg/L, n = 11) was 1.68% at the same conditions. The method was successfully applied to the determination of copper in a certified reference materials (GBW (E)080040) and in seawater samples from Dalian Laohutan, respectively, and the results was satisfactory.
