摘 要:为有效抑制磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)的溶胀,制备了聚偏氟乙烯与较高磺酸化程度的聚醚醚酮共混膜。该类质子交换膜水热稳定性较高,质子电导率是Nafion!115膜传导率的9%,电化学方法表明共混膜具有较好的阻醇性能,相同测试条件下,甲醇渗透量仅是Nafion!115膜的渗透量的1/20。综合各项性能,认为聚醚醚酮-聚偏氟乙烯共混膜有希望成为一种新型的直接甲醇燃料电池用质子交换膜。There have been many novel materials proposed to reduce methanol crossover for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC). The blend membranes of sulfonated polyether ether ketone (SPEEK) with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) were prepared. The effects of methanol concentration and membrane composition on the mechanical stability and proton conductivity of the membranes were investigated. The swelling degree (SD%) of the SPEEK/PVDF 9/1 blend membrane is about 20%, while its proton conductivity is 1.75×10^-3 S ·cm^-1, the value of proton conductivity is about 9% that of Nation 115. The methanol permeability of SPEEK/PVDF 9/1 blend membrane is about 1/20 that of Nation 115 on the same test conditions. Based on the preliminary results, it can be concluded that the polymer blends of SPEEK/PVDF can be used as a candidate membrane materials for DMFC applications.
