摘  要:研究了用电化学氧化法处理石墨毡电极并用于钒电池的性能,用正交试验法考察了电化学氧化处理的最佳工艺参数。采用处理后的石墨毡电极和国产离子交换膜组装成电池,在30mA/cm2下充放电,电压效率可达85%,能量效率可达95%,且循环性能稳定,与同种材料用酸及热处理得到的石墨毡电极对比性能优越。电化学氧化后的石墨毡作钒电池正极的效果优于负极。Electrochemical oxidation has been employed in this study for optimization of the electrochemical activity of graphite felt. Cell voltage efficiency of 85% and current efficiency of over 95% at 30 mA/cm^2 were obtained, employing such electrodes and membrane PE-01 with lower cost and higher area resistance than Nation membrane. The cell efficiencies are superior to that after thermal and acid treatments under the same operating conditions. And cycle performance is stable. The performance of graphite felt after electrochemical treatment as anode is better than that as cathode, because of their different reaction mechanisms.
