摘 要:数理统计学是根据概率的基本理论,研究和分析试验或观察得到的数据,对被研究对象的客观规律做出种种合理的推测和判断。化学电源和其它学科一样都要研究和分析数据,因而和数理统计学都有联系。主要介绍数理统计学中的标准差、参数估计、假设检验和单因素方差分析在电池生产中的应用,例如:电池的均匀性、尺寸、质量、放电容量、漏液率、合格率的置信范围,同类设备性能对比,以及样本容量的确定。数理统计推广中最大困难之一是大量的、复杂的数学计算,结合实例讲述微软Excel中文版软件的操作步骤,使数理统计和Excel基础较差的读者也能应用数理统计方法处理、分析、判定电池生产中的信息,达到指导电池生产的目的。Mathematical statistics bases on the basic theory of probability, studying and analysing the data from experiments, and getting the reasonable conjecture and judgement to objective rule of target objects.Analysing data is applied in chemical sources as others subjects, so it has lots of relationships with mathematical statistics. Herein, we introduced the applicaiton of standard deviation, parameter estimation, hypothesis testing and one-way analysis of variance in battery manufacture, for example, confidence interval about uniformity of batteries, demension,weight, service output, leakage rate and qualified rate, performance contract with equipments of a kind and the decision about sample size. The one of biggest difficulties in stastics application is lots of complicated mathematic calculation,while here it is made easily to handle, analyse and judge the informaiton from production by introducing to MS Excel application with examples, even to those not very good at stastics and Excel, and thus the purpose to direct the production is achieved.
