摘 要:在室温(20-25℃)及超湿大气环境(RH95%-105%),载荷50、100、150N,位移幅值80、150、300μm,频率10Hz,水汽和润滑油组合介质中,做了GCr15钢的微动磨损试验。结果显示:与干态比较,水膜及油水混合膜使微动摩擦因数和磨损率显著下降,微动损伤减轻:汕水混合膜的作用优于水膜。结合微动磨痕形貌观察讨论并建立了水膜及油水混合膜结构模型。A series of fretting tests of GCr15 steel in vapour and oil-water mixed media were carried out under the following conditions:at room temperature of 20 - 25 ℃ in ambient air humidity of 95% - 105% , normal load of 50,100 and 150 N,displacement amplitude of 80,150 and 300 μm and frequency of 10 Hz. The result shows that water and oil-water mixed films can clearly these cases, the fretting decrease the friction coefficient and wear of fretting in comparison with those in dry friction. In damage is also decreased. The result also shows that oil-water mixed films is better than water films in decreasing fretting friction and wear. Based on the observation of the topography of fretting scars ,construction models of water film and oil-water mixed film were put forward.
