摘  要:合成了一种水溶性改性抗磨剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸锌配合物(ZnDDP—EO),并对其中间体壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的合成条件进行了探讨,得出了较佳的合成工艺条件,即:原料摩尔比(OP-10:P2O5)为(2.0—2.5):1.0,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为4—5h。利用四球试验机考察了水溶性抗磨剂在水中的润滑性能。结果表明,该剂在水中具有优良的承载能力和抗磨减摩性能。Auger电子能谱(AES)的分析显示出该剂的抗磨性能与摩擦表面中存在锌、磷等活性元素有关。An aqueous modified anti-wear additive, complex of zinc with oxyethylenated-nonylphenol phosphate (ZnD- DP-EO) was synthesized. An optimum process condition was determined by studying the preparation of its mid-product, oxyethylenated nonylphenol phosphate ester,the optimism conditions: the molar ratio of oxyethylenated nonylphenol (OP- 10) and P2O5 is (2. 0 -2.5 ):1.0, reaction temperature is about 100 ℃, refluxing time is 4 - 5 hours. Its lubrication properties in water were evaluated using a four-ball machine. Test results show that the agent possesses good load-carrying capacity and anti-wear properties. Furthermore, the elemental compositions of the rubbing surface were investigated through Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES), which shows that anti-wear properties of these complexes are related to Zn, P and other active elements existed on rubbing surface.
