摘　　要：针对液环泵机械密封的工况条件及故障原因,设计了一种新型可逆式平衡型双密封,并阐述了该密封结构的特点、设计要点及实际应用的良好效果。The operating conditions and reasons of failure for mechanical seal on rotary pump with liquid piston were analyzed. A new-type dual seal with reversible seal head and balanced type was designed. The peculiarities and design principle of the mechanical seal were introduced, and this type of mechanical seal was successfully used in practice.
