摘 要:特定消谐式逆变器在理论上能够有效消除谐波,但输出电压波形中的窄脉冲难以用硬件实现。根据功率器件开关延迟时间的具体要求,提出了展宽开关角对和省略开关角对相结合的窄脉冲优化策略。理论分析和计算结果表明,所提出的优化策略可以达到硬件实现容易、功率器件的开关损耗和总谐波畸变率较小的目的,从而为特定消谐式逆变器更好地应用于工程实际提供了有效的手段。Theoretically selective harmonic elimination inverter can eliminate harmonic effectively. However, hardware realization is difficult due to narrow pulse in output voltage waveform. According to the requirement of on-off time of power device, this paper proposes an optimization strategy by combining the narrow pulse of widening couple of switch angles and omitting couple of switch angles. Theoretical analysis and calculation result show that the proposed optimization strategy can greatly reduce the difficulty in hardware realization, switching loss of power device and the total harmonic distortion. Thus it provides an effective method for the application of selective harmonic elimination inverter.
