摘　　要：介绍了气辅注射成型中的CAE分析方法,阐述了气辅制品缺陷与工艺参数的关系。并通过塑料成型过程分析软件M o ld f low P lastic Insight 5.0对制品进行FLOW-COOL-FLOW分析,调整工艺参数达到消除气辅缺陷的目的。This paper presented CAE method in gas-assisted injection molding. The relation between processing parameter and defect of production were elaborated. Defect was disappeared through FLOW-COOL-FLOW analysis and processing parameter adjustment of plastic production by using plastic molding process analysis software Mold flow Plastic Insight 5. 0.
