摘 要:介绍了隔振技术的基本原理,建立了模拟高层楼供水系统的水泵房实验模型,通过实施隔振措施实现减振降噪。分别从基座隔振、管道隔振和支架隔振3个方面具体研究了隔振措施的应用。基座隔振包括利用附加质量块和安装弹性隔振垫;管道隔振采用在水泵进、出口管道中串接橡胶管;支架隔振包括在管路上设置隔振托架,以及在缓冲器的支架和管卡处增添石棉橡胶垫。对改造前后系统噪声、振动信号对比,其噪声和振动情况均有大幅度降低。The basic principle of vibration isolation technology is introduced at this paper. An experimental model of water supply system for high building is set up at lab,and several isolation measures are taken to reduce the vibration and noise. The experiment is carried out from three aspects of the system isolation ,such as the vibration isolation from foundation, the piping system and the support frame. The additional mass lump and elastic isolation gaskets are used in the foundation;the rubber pipes are installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump in the piping system;and the isolation brackets are used to uphold the pipe ,and rubber gaskets are added to the brackets. By comparing the system noise and vibration signal, it proves that the noise and vibration is reduced sharply after these vibration isolation measures have been taken.
