摘　　要：分析了上海现行农业产业组织模式的不足,通过借鉴发达国家农业产业组织模式的经验,结合上海农业实际,提出上海农业应分阶段发展“公司+合作社+农户”型和农村股份制2种产业组织模式。据此对青浦区农业组织建设进行实证分析,以期为上海农业组织发展模式的选择提供科学依据。In this paper the disadvantages of current agriculture organization patterns in Shanghai were analyzed based on the reference from developed countries＂ agriculture organization patterns. It was pointed out that the agriculture in Shanghai should develop two effective land trade organization patterns of＂company ＋ cooperation ＋ peasant household＂ and the rural share-holding system and then the status of agricultural organization in the Qingpu District were also analyzed.
