摘 要:针对目前燃煤污染严重的问题,从煤炭的燃烧机理出发,结合动力配煤技术、煤炭分级燃烧、添加剂技术和生物质型煤技术原理,实验研制一种适合层燃锅炉燃烧的低污染的洁净燃料煤,并结合实验结果分析各种成煤原理。燃烧实验结果表明:该燃料煤的污染排放达到了一类地区标准;锅炉燃烧稳定、炉膛温度高、热效率高、炉渣含碳量低,具有显著节省能量效果;该技术是一种简便、投资小、收益快的洁净煤技术。Aimed at the serious coal combustion pollution problem, based on the coal burning theory, coal classification burning, additive technology and bio - briquette technology principle, a kind of low pollution clean coal was manufactured to burn in the boiler and effects of the different theories on the process of production were studied according to the experiment results. The results shown that pollutions release of the clean coal we developed is up to the first region par. Coal combustion in boiler is steady, temperature of hearth is higher and thermal efficiency is also higher than raw coal. Besides that, carbon content of slag is low. So the clean coal has the effect of save energy. So this method is new clean coal technology with the character of simple, low investment and rapid proceeds.
