摘 要:为解决工业废水处理工艺中出现的沉淀效果不佳、污泥松散问题,采用PTEO混凝剂与污泥回流技术相结合的压载强化絮凝工艺———PTEO压载絮凝工艺,对深圳赛格彩管厂生产废水处理工艺进行改造,并分析该工艺的产泥状况、出水水质,探讨了PTEO的作用机理。实例表明,平均污泥产率为1.04 kg/m3,较A l2(SO4)3、FeC l3和高分子混凝剂(PAC、PAFC)的污泥产率分别降低63.2%、59.4%和58.2%;出水中悬浮物(SS)平均值为4.5 mg/L,氟离子质量浓度平均值为5.3 mg/L,基本达到地面水IV类水质标准。结果证明,该工艺在污泥减量化技术研究方面取得了较大进展。The sludge production rates by treatment processes with different coagulants, such as Al2 ( SO4 ) 3, FeCI3, PAC and PAFC were compared in detail in the paper during the renovation project of industrial wastewater treatment process of Shenzhen SEG HITACHI Color Display Devices CO., LTD. The flocculation process with new composite coagulant such as PTEO was applied due to the issues of bad sedimentation effect and incompact sludge occurred in above processes, and the sludge production, effluent water quality and mechanism of PTEO in this new process were also analyzed. It was found from the long - term operation between 2000 and 2004 that the average sludge production rate of the enhanced flocculation process with the use of PTEO and sludge recirculation technique was only 1.04 kg/m^3 , which was reduced by 63.2% , 59.4% and 58.2% respectively compared to AI( SO4 ) 3, FeCL3 and PAC & PAFC. In addition, the average effluent SS and F^- concentrations were 4.5 mg/L and 5.3 mg/L respectively, which met the IV surface water quality standard basically. Therefore, the enhanced flocculation process has shown a great progress in sludge reduction and could be applied in other wastewater treatment plants with the same wastewater widely.
