摘 要:今后5 a将迎来PAN基碳纤维、对位芳酰胺纤维、中空纤维分离膜及纳米纤维的大发展期。到2010年世界小丝束PAN基碳纤维的需求量可望达到4万t/a,而产能合计约为4~4.3万t/a(按12k计),因此仍将处于紧俏状态,我国2 a内将建成1 200 t/a的生产厂。对位芳酰胺纤维的总产能在未来2~3 a内将超过5万t/a,主要由杜邦和帝人控制,但中、韩将打破这两家的垄断。此外,世界缺水化的趋势在加速,因此将推动中空纤维RO膜、UF膜、MF膜和NF膜等的发展,而纳米纤维的逐步产业化,将开辟广阔的新应用领域。The fast development period will arive in PAN-based carbon fiber, p-aramid fiber, hollow fiber menbranes and nanofibers in 5 years later. The demand of world's regular tow PAN-based carbon fiber will reach 4 × 10^4 t/a in 2010, and the total capacities will grow to about 4 × 10^4-4.3 × 10^4 t/a( according to 12k), so the tight supply in carbon fiber will continue, while china will establish 1200 t/a carbon fiber plant in 2 years. The total capacities of p-aramid fiber reach more than 5× 10^4 t/a in next 2-3 years, the products will mainly be produced by Du pont and Teijin companies, but the monopoly will be broken by korea and china. The lack of water worhlwide will promote the further development of UF, MF. RO and NF type hollow fiber membranes, while nanofibers will be industrialized gradually, and the broad new applications will be develoloped.
