摘　　要：介绍了新型轻钢龙骨结构多层建筑的结构体系和使用性能,并通过对齐齐哈尔市备建的一幢六层新型轻钢龙骨结构教学楼的力学试验结果和ANSYS建模计算结果的比较,对其安全性能做出了分析,最后针对这种结构体系的应用提出了发展的前景和所存在的问题。The structural system and functional performance of a new type of light steel multi-storey building were introduced, through comparison of mechanic test result and ANSYS modeling calculation result of a new type of light steel sixstorey teaching building to be built in Qiqihaer city, its safety performance was analyzed, and in the end, the development prospect and existed problems in terms of the application of this structure system were put forward.
