摘  要:目的探讨β-七叶皂甙钠(SA)对脊髓继发性损伤的保护作用。方法SD大鼠72只随机分4组,一组行切除椎板但不损伤脊髓,其他三组采用改良Allen法制备大鼠脊髓损伤(SCI)模型,术后立即分别腹腔注等体积的生理盐水、SA(5 mg/kg)、甲基强的松龙(MP,100 mg/kg)。于术后2、122、4 h取SCI段标本,采用干湿法、原子吸收光谱法分别测定SCI段水、钙含量。结果SCI区组织水和钙含量均明显增高(P<0.01);应用SA后水和钙含量明显降低(P<0.05),与MP组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论SA能明显降低SCI段脊髓水、钙含量,对SCI具有保护和治疗作用。Objective To study the protective effect of Sodium Aescinate(SA) on spinal cord injury(SCI). Methods Seventy-two Sprague Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups. Rats in group one(A) had only daminectomy performed and nontraumatized spinal cord sampies obtained; rats in other three groups(group B,C,D) were injured at the level of T10 spinal segment of the rats by Allen's weight drop method( 10 g × 30 mm). Then the normal saline, SA(5 mg/kg) and Methylprednisolone(MP, 100 mg/kg) were given intraperitoneally immediately in group B, group C and group D respectively. At 2, 12, 24 hours following SCI, 6 rats in each group were sacrificed and the injured segments were resected for examination. The contents of water and calcium were measured by dry-wet method and atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results A significant water and calcium content increase in B, C and D group was seen by comparison with nontraumatized spinal cord(group A), while in group C and D the value of water and calcium were significantly lower than that in the group B. The effects of SA were the same as that of MP. Conclusion SA can refrain the abnormal change of water and calcium in the injured spinal cord section of rats and has some protective effects on spinal cord in rats.
