摘　　要：目的探讨前路减压融合内固定治疗神经根型颈椎病的方法和效果。方法采用前路减压融合内固定治疗神经根型颈椎病12例。结果平均随访5.5个月,按JOA评分评价手术效果,术前平均13.5分,术后平均15.6分。结论前路手术治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效好,安全,可靠。Objective To investigate the method and the effect of anterior decompression and internal fixation in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Twelve patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were included in this study. All were given anterior decompression and internal fixation. Results All of the twelve patients had been followed up and the average period was 5.5 months. By JOA grade system, the mean scores were 13.5 preoperatively and 15.6 postoperatively.Conclusion The method of anterior cervical decompression and internal fixation is effective , safe and reliable,
