摘  要:对金银花、土壤中三唑酮残留量测定的气相色谱方法进行了研究。样品用丙酮—水进行提取,经二氯甲烷液-液分配。金银花样品需经过弗罗里硅土与活性炭柱净化,用气相色谱、氮磷检测器、OV-17毛细管柱进行检测。外标法定量,该方法的回收率均大于83%,最低检出量为0.095 ng,最低检出浓度为0.0095 mg/kg(花蕾)和0.002375 mg/kg(土壤)。A method for the determination of triadimefon residue in honeysuckle and soil was established by gas chromatography. The samples were extracted by acetone-water, distributed by dichloromethane. And honeysuckle samples were cleaned up on a column of Florisil and activated carbon mixture. Finally triadimefon was separated from other interfering components through OV - 17 capillary gas chromatographic column, and was detected by NPD detector. The content of triadimefon was determined by external standard method. The recovery rate was over 83 %, the minimum detection limit was 0. 095ng, the lowest detectable concentration was 0. 0095 mg/kg(for flower) and 0. 002375 mg/kg(for soil) respectively.
