摘  要:研究了铂(Ⅳ)-氯化亚锡-灿烂绿体系分光光度法测定铂的最佳条件。结果表明,当2mol/L HCl用量大于2.5mL时,在氯化亚锡的作用下,铂能与灿烂绿形成1:2的绿色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于640nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.6×10^4L/(mol·cm)。在此条件下,一般金属离子不干扰测定。铂质量浓度在0~100μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于合成试样的测定,结果满意。The best conditions for determination of trace platinum (Ⅳ) in platinum (Ⅳ)-tin (Ⅱ) chloride-brilliant green system by spectrophotometry was studied. The results show that platinum reacts with brilliant green to form 1 : 2 green complex when HCI (2 mol/L) Volume is more than 2.5 mL and in the presence of tin (Ⅱ) chloride. The reaction is fast. The complex has a maximum absorption peak at 640nm. The molar absorption coefficient is 2.6×10^4 L/(mol cm). At the conditions,the common ions don't disturb the determination. Beer's law is obeyed when platinum concentration is in range of 0 to 100 μg/25 mL. The determination of platinum (Ⅳ) in synthetic samples was made by the method, the result is satisfactory.
