摘　　要：中国共产党在长期的党内民主建设中,曾取得许多成功的经验,如坚持民主集中制；强调从制度上建党；重视对党员的教育；坚持党内民主生活会等。这些经验对于我们今天的党内民主建设有着重大的指导意义。The Chinese Communist Party obtained much experience of success in the process of long-time democratic construction, sticking to democratic centralism, stressing the system of party construction, attaching great importance to the education of party members, insisting on meetings of democratic life. These experience not only guide our democratic constructionbut also supplied deep basis for them.
