摘  要:研究了有ZrO2涂层与无ZrO2涂层的钛/羟基磷灰石复合材料的力学性能。研究表明无ZrO2涂层的钛/羟基磷灰石复合材料的力学性能明显受烧成时间的影响。通过SEM观察,没有发现在ZrO2涂层和钛基体材料之间有氧化物的生成。结果表明,ZrO2涂层在750℃温度下能够延缓钛基体材料的氧化,而且加强了和钛基之间的接合强度。Effect of plasma sprayed zirconia on mechanical properties of titaniurn/hydroxyapatite with and without a plasma-sprayed zirconia coating were studied in this paper.The study had demonstrated that the bonding strength of hydroxyapatite on titanium were significantly affected by the increasing firing time. Careful observation of SEM imaging revealed that no oxide was found to form the interface between zirconia coating and titanium substrate.The results showed that zirconia retarded the oxidation of the underneath titanium at 750℃ and strengthened the interface between zirconia and titanium.
