发展生态造纸工业的几点思考

摘　　要：提出发展我国造纸工业的关键问题是如何协调发展速度、资源与污染控制和效益之间的关系,如何解决资源缺乏和污染严重的问题。指出发展生态造纸工业是发展我国造纸工业的根本出路。介绍了生态工业的概念,并就发展我国生态造纸工业提出了建议。It is pointed out in the paper that the key to developing China＇s paper industry lies in the coordination between speed of development, resources, pollution control and benefit and in the solution of resource shortage and severe pollution. It is pointed out that eco-industry is the way out for China＇s paper industry. The concept of eco-industry is introduced and the proposals for China to develop paper eco-industry are put forward.
