摘　　要：社区服务业是一项新兴产业,它在促进小城镇经济发展、提高社区居民生活质量、维护基层稳定等方面发挥着日益重要的作用。从我国小城镇社区服务业发展背景和现状出发,从经济基础、市场规模、人员素质和产业规划角度分析其发展过程中存在的障碍,为小城镇社区服务业的发展提供有益的指导。Community service is a new industry.It plays an increasingly important role in advancing the economy of small towns, improving community resident life quality, and maintaining the stability of basic unit, etc. Considering the current situation d community service industry in small towns, the paper analyses the obstacles existing in the devdopment in terms of economic, market scale, personnel quality and industrial layout.
