摘　　要：目的 了解出院换辩病人的遵医行为及电话随访对出院换辩病人遵医行为的影响。方法 选择行瓣膜置换手术的出院病人60例，随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，对观察组病人进行电话随访，6个月后对两组病人进行问卷调查。结果 观察组病人遵医率明显高于对照组。结论 对出院换瓣病人实施电话随访教育，有助于强化换瓣病人的遵医行为。Objective To investigate the treatment compliance of patients underwent valve replacement and the influence of telephone follow-up.Methods Sixty patients underwent valve replacement were randomly divided into research group and control group.Telephone follow-up was conducted with research group . After 6 months, a questionnare survey was conducted in both groups.Results The treatment compliance of research group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion The education conducted in patients underwent valve replacement through telephone follow-up could help to improve the treatment compliance.
