手术治疗老年性自发性气胸43例分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年性自发性气胸的临床特点及探究较佳治疗方案。方法回顾性分析43例老年性气胸的临床资料。结果43例患者均采用手术方法治愈。4例术后持续漏气及部分患者少量胸腔积液。6例胸腔镜手术无明显并发症。结论老年性自发性气胸患者应积极治疗,胸腔镜手术是较佳选择。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic of senile spontaneous pneumothorax and explore better method of treatment. Methods Clinical data of 43 senile patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients cured by operation. Four patients suffered durative postoperative gas leaking and a little hydrothorax in some patients and no complications in 6 cases with video assisted thoracic surgery（VATS）. Conclusion Active surgical treatment should be made for senile spontaneous pneumothorax. VATS is a better choice for such patients.
