“逆灸”调节大鼠更年期血脂、体重的效应规律

摘　　要：目的观察“逆灸”对大鼠更年期体重、血脂变化的影响规律。方法在雌性大鼠10月龄时,予以艾灸关元穴8周,每周2次,观察对随后12、14、16月龄时体重、血脂的影响规律。结果逆灸关元穴,可有效预防更年期体重增长,其效应以12、14月龄明显。“逆灸”关元穴对于血浆总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)的影响趋势相似,逆灸组与对照组比较,血浆CHO、TG均在12月龄组略升,14、16月龄组降低,其中降低CHO以14月龄组明显,降低TG以16月龄组明显,二者均P<0.05。对于血浆高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的影响趋势相似,逆灸组与对照组比较,血浆HDL、LDL均在12、14月龄组略升,16月龄组降低,其中16月龄降低LDL有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论逆灸可有效地预防更年期大鼠脂质代谢的异常变化,显示了逆灸调脂作用有明显的后效应,并是先升高后降低的效应规律,但以降低效应有统计学意义。Objective To observe the effective law of routine moxibustion on the changes of blood lipid and weight of climacterium rat. Method The routine moxibustion was given to the female rats ten months after birth on the acupoint of Guanyuan （CV4） twice a week for 8 weeks. The changes of the blood lipid level and weight in 12^th, 14^th and 16^th months were observed respectively. Results The routine moxibustion on CV4 could prevent effectively the weight increase of climactefium. The effect was more obvious in 12^th and 14^th months. The effect of routine moxibustion on plasma total cholesterol （CHO） and triglycefide （TG） was similar. Comparison between the moxibustion group and the control group the levels of plasma CHO and TG increased a little in 12^th month and decreased in 14^th and 16^th months. In 14^th month CHO decreased more （P 〈 0. 05） and in 16th month TG decreased more （P 〈 0. 05）. The effect of routine moxibustion on plasma high-density lipoprotein （HDL） and low -density lipoprotein （LDL） was similar. Comparison between the moxibustion group and the control group the levels of HDL and LDL increased a little in 124 and 144 months and decreased in 164 month. The decrease of LDL level in 164 month had a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The routine moxibustion can prevent effectively the dyslipidosis in climactefium rats. It has an obvious follow -up effect on blood lipid. The law of this effect is that the blood lipid level was increased at first and then decreased. The decreasing effect has a statistically significance.
