摘  要:在Seinhorst的线虫制片方法基础上,提供一种更简便、快速的植物线虫杀死、固定和脱水方法.通过对垫刃目胞囊线虫属(Heterodera)的雄虫和二龄幼虫、螺旋线虫属(Helicotylenchus)和潜根线虫属(Hirschmanniella)以及矛线目的剑线虫属(Xiphinema)和长针线虫属(Longidorus)等不同类群线虫的固定、脱水和制片观察,发现在线虫分类和鉴定中起重要作用的一些形态特征(如垫刃类线虫口针的形状、侧区侧线数和雄虫交合伞及长针类线虫的导环位置、齿针基部和尾部形态等特征)均可以取得较好的效果.A modified method, which is simpler and faster than most of the traditional methods, for fixing and processing plant parasitic nematodes during their transform from water to glycerin, was provided on the basis of Seinhorsfs work (1959). It was found that some of the important morphological characters, such as the shape of styler, the incisures in lateral field and the bursa of males of tylenchoid nematodes, and the position of guiding ring, morphology of base of odontostyle, and the shape of tail of longidorid nematodes etc., were successfully maintained when specimens from Heterodera, Helicotylenchus, Hirschmanniella, Xiphinema and Longidorus were processed with the improved method.
