摘 要:以节约成本为原则,在满足工作要求的前提下,对华东型连栋塑料温室气动天窗系统的驱动部件、执行机构及其连接件等进行选配,并就设备初投资、综合电耗和运行费用,与原有的齿轮齿条天窗机构进行对比分析,结果表明:利用气动天窗机构,提高了温室通风降温能力,降低了能耗,提高了经济效益.The objectives of this paper were to develop and evaluate a pneumatic roof-windows system for mult-span plastic greenhouses, According to the cost-saving principle and operating requirements, performing mechanism, linkers and controllers in the system were selected. The equipment initial investment, general electricity energy cost and run effect of the system were compared with a traditional gear-rack mechanism system. Results showed that the pneumatic roof-windows system helped to improve the capability of ventilation and temperature dropping, decrease the energy cost, and increase the economic effects.
