摘 要:陶瓷颗粒增强镍基合金是一种性能优良的复合材料,近来人们从实验和理论方面对其进行了大量的研究。在此基础上,用细观力学的方法研究了陶瓷颗粒增强镍基合金复合材料的强度和损伤失效,把复合材料简化为三相模型,计算并分析了金属基体、颗粒中的应力应变分布情况,结果显示基体中应力极不均匀,界面区存在应力集中,并计算了界面弧形裂纹扩展时的能量。Ni - base metallic composites reinforced by the ceramic particles was a material with perfect properties, recently many researches have been done on it. In the basis of the researches, the strength and damage of it were researched use micro - mechanics. The composites was simplified to three phase model, the stress and strain distribution in the particles and matrix were calculated, the results show that the stress is uneven in the matrix and stress concentration exists in the interface. And then the energy released when the interface arc crack extends were gotten. At last, the failure rules of the matrix, particle and interface were gotten respectively.
