摘　　要：论述了基于普通立车在多品种小批量生产中加工大尺寸外球面的专用装置设计及应用原理,介绍了加工大尺寸球面尺寸检测要点,设计研制了针对该制件的加工专用工具及尺寸测量装置,并经实际生产验证,简便易行。对同类产品加工具有一定的借鉴作用。Describes the design and application principle of the special processing equipment for lathing external spherical surface of large impeller in multi - specification and small - batch production based - on universal vertical lathe, introduces the detecting points for lathing large spherical surface, researches the detecting device for machining dimension of this part, and which is proved to be simple and easier to operate. It will be useful for reference to produce the similar kind products.
