摘　　要：通过对金川公司带式输送机的减速机进行状态监测与故障诊断,介绍振动分析和油质分析技术在工程机械故障诊断方面的应用,对金川公司的带式输送机及其他关键设备做出前期诊断,把故障消除在萌芽状态,从而减少停产时间,提高公司的生产效益。Passing the deceleration machine to transport the maehine to Jinchuan company leather belt proceeds the appearance monitors with break down the diagnosis, introducing the vibration analysis and analysing the technique with the oiliness in the aspects of engineering meehanieal trouble examining a patient of application, from but transport to the leather belt of the eompany of Jinehuan Machine and other key equipments do a produetion for the experiocl examines a patient, dissolving breakdown in the embryotic appearance, for cut the deerease stops production time increases company performance.
