一维加工设备阿贝误差实时修正方法的研究

摘　　要：介绍对精密车床、螺纹磨床等一维加工设备的阿贝误差进行实时修正方法的原理与组成，给出验证该方法的实验装置及实验结果，在３．７Ｍ的行程内将最大２５．２ΜＭ的阿贝误差修正到了－０．７ΜＭ．A real-time correcting method for Abble error of one dimensional manufacturing Equipment is introduced in this paper. In this System the displacement,pitch and yaw are measured simultaneously with the resolution of 0.1μm and 0.1 are second.The displacement is corrected by the measured angle,so as to get a corrected position,The experiment results show thqt,a Abble error of 25.2μm is corrected to 0. 7μm in the range of 3. 7m.
