摘 要:目的:探讨三代头孢菌素的用量与大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌耐药率的相关性。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对2001-2004年大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率、三代头孢菌素的用药频度(DDDs)分别进行统计,用直线回归对耐药率与DDDs进行相关性分析。结果:大肠埃希菌对三代头孢菌素的总体耐药率明显高于肺炎克雷伯菌,大肠埃希菌对头孢曲松、头孢哌酮的耐药率呈逐年增高趋势。耐药率和DDDs相关性分析显示,头孢曲松的用药频度与大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率呈正相关(r=0.78),头孢他啶的用药频度逐年上升。结论:大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率的上升趋势与三代头孢菌素用量增加有关。Objective: To analyse the correlation of the drug resistance between Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and amounts of consumption of third-generation cephalosporins. Method: The resistance of E. coli and K. pneumoniae, and the DDDs of third-qeneration-cephalosporins were analysed respectivily. The relationship between drug risistance rate and DDDs was used the method of linear regression. Result: The resistance rate of E. coli was higher than that of K. pneumoniae. From 2001 -2004, the resistance rate of E. coli to cefoperazone and ceftfiaxone increased year by year. The analysis revealed a positive correlation of DDDs between the resistance of E. eoli and Klebsiella pneumoniae and to eeftriaxone ( r = 0. 78 ), the DDDs of ceftazidime increased year by year. Conclusion: The increase of the resistance rate of E. Coli and K. pneumoniae is correlation between the increase of the amounts of third-generation cephalospofins usage.
