摘 要:根据硝酸磷肥装置氮磷蒸发和硝铵蒸发工序产生的工艺冷凝液处理系统,即汽提装置运行不稳定的情况,通过实践摸索,工艺优化,减少进入汽提装置的NH4+N;改进汽提装置加碱方法和外排水pH检测位置等措施,实现了工艺冷凝液的达标排放,工艺冷凝液排放中的NH4+N由1.16%降为0.0044%,氮回收率达99.6%,年回收氮价值达758万元。In view of the unsteady operation of stripping unit for process condensate produced by nitrogen, phosphorus and nitrophosphate evaporating process in nitrophosphate plant, some technical measures are taken, such as optimizing process, reducing the entrance of NH4^+-N and improving the way adding alkali into the stripping unit, and changing the pH checking spot of waste water, etc. Thus, the discharge of process condensate is within the range of national standard with the NH4^+- N content of 0. 0044% from the previous 1.16%, nitrogen recovery rate is up to 99.6%, with the nitrogen benefit of 7.58 million RMB Yuan annually.
