摘　　要：分析用湿法磷酸生产S NPK对产品质量的影响因素,通过计算说明1)硫酸加入量、2)KC l加入量、3)稀磷酸中杂质含量及含固量、4)稀磷酸加入量的增减对S NPK产品养分的影响,并提出S NPK产品养分控制方法的建议,准确及时分析S NPK产品养分,才能有效调节控制。Some factors affecting quality of S -based NPK produced from phosphoric acid are discussed. By calculation, the effects of a few factors, such as ① the amount of sulfuric acid input, ② the amount of KCl input, ③ the impurities and solid percentage of dilute phosphoric acid, ④ increase or decrease of dilute phosphoric acid input on nutrient quality are described and a few suggestions are proposed in quality control in S- based NPK production. Fast and accurate nutrient analysis is very important to the adjustment and further to the quality control.
