摘  要:阐述疲劳寿命可靠性的概念,提出疲劳寿命可靠性的安全裕量方程,给出可靠性计算公式;结合t分布区间估计理论,提出小子样可靠性试验评估的综合方法;将贝叶斯估计理论应用在可靠性试验中,提出小子样可靠性试验评估的贝叶斯方法;分别给出2种方法的小子样可靠性试验可靠度的计算公式和寿命预测公式;用算例阐明基本概念及方法思路。这2种方法可以充分利用验前信息,在一定程度上克服了子样不足带来的问题。In this paper, the basic concept of fatigue life reliability is explained. The safetymargin equation for fatigue life reliability is presented,and the method of computing tatigue life reliability is given. The classical method of evaluating reliability test with small sample size is presented by combining t - distlibution estimation theory with fatigue life reliability. In addition, the method of evaluating reliability test with small sample size is presented by applying Bayes' estimation theory to reliability test. In these two methods, the formalas of computing reliability and predition life of product are given.The basic concepts and procedures of two computational methods are explained by an illustrative example respectively. The prior information is used sufficiently,and to a great extent the difficulty caused by small sample size is overcome.These methods are applicable to evaluate the fatigue life reliability test with small sampte size.
