摘　　要：以全面提高高校学生毕业设计(论文)水平为目标,着重探讨了从选题、过程和考核评价体系方面构建毕业设计(论文)质量监控体系的问题,以进一步提高普通高校人才培养质量。This paper discusses constitution of the graduation project or thesis supervision system in higher college from such respects as the supervision of the titles choice,course and perfect evaluate system. It also puts forward new methods of training the innovation talents and improving the talent training quality so as to meet the needs of social economic development.
