摘 要:本文提出了一种在阻塞流动状态下精确控制纯气体流过喷咀的时间,进行高精度配制标准混合气的方法;并研制了相应智能标准气发生装置。该装置配气精度高、轻便、可靠、操作方便,可用于现场配制各种标准混合气。In this paper, the working process,the design principle and the properties of the preparing device for standard mixed gases are described. The device is based on the theory that under the obstructed flow conditions the flowing gas possesses a good constand property when it flows through a orifice at a speed of sound,thus a difficult problem of the flow control will be changed into an easy problem of the time control. Meanwhile, the relative time of each pure gas flowing through the orifice could be controlled by 8031 singleboard microcomputer,the accuracy of preparing mixed gases is remarkably increased. This device is not only economical in cost but also simple in structure. It can be applied on the spot in wide scope such as the petroleum industry, the chemical industry,the environmental protection,the medical science and so on. By the way, the principle reported in this paper could also be used for the gas ratio control of the technological experiment research in some other fields.
