电离式气体流量计的研制

摘　　要：本文概述了一种以电高气体离子作为标记的新型气体流速／流量计系统；导出了其主要参数偏压的计算公式；介绍了这种流量计在结构设计及信号处理方面的主要创新，该种流量计既具有较高的测量精度，可达１—２％，又具有一定的抗干扰及污染能力。A gas flow velocity measuring system based upon the detection of travelling ions is presented:the necessary voltage needed for the effective collection of the ions has been derived;the configuration of the detecting plates and the treatment of sisignals is also introduced. The precision of this ion detection gas flow device is around 1-2 percent.And it is realiably resistant to dust and moisture after several days of laboratory operation.
