摘　　要：本文论述了信息资源环境下青海高校图书馆特色数据库建设的必要性,分析了建设特色数据库的实现条件。The paper stated that under the resources of information environment, the necessity of building a characteristic data base in the libraries of Qinghai colleges and universities, it also andlysed the conditions of redize building a characteristic data base and put forward a conception of building a characteristic data base.
