河南部分地区猪衣原体感染的血清学调查研究

摘　　要：采用间接血凝试验，对河南6个地区猪场的275份血清进行了表原体检测。结果表明，各个地区的猪场均有不同程度的感染，平均感染率为25．5％，感染率由10．5％～35．4％不等；不同状况的母猪感染情况不同，有流产、死胎的母猪阳性率明显高于正常母猪。275 porcine serum samples were collected from six regions in Henan Province for examining antibody against C psitaci using an IHA test. The results showed that the infection of C psitaci in swine in Henan was widely existed,the positive rates of these sera were 10. 5%-35. 4%, and the average positive rate was 25.5% ; The infective rates occured in different conditions. The sows with abortion orstillbirth had higher infective rate than the normal sows.
