摘  要:阿鸠田水电站四喷四折单元控制式冲击式水轮机调速器,在大型多喷嘴冲击式水轮机的成功应用,说明了喷针与折向器独立控制而不协联的控制方式是多喷嘴冲击式水轮机调速器的理想选择。折向器取消协联而根据转速和工况进行快速启闭保护,多喷嘴采用单元控制并进行实时调节的实施方案大大提高了调速系统的调节品质、稳定性和可靠性,深受用户好评。The speed governor for the unit-control impulse turbine with four nozzles four refracted-flow devices at the Ajiutian Hydropower Station has been successfully applied to large-scale multi-nozzle impulse turbine, which shows that no-eombination control mode of nozzle needle and refracted-flow device is an ideal selection of the speed governor for muhi-nozzle impulse turbine. The scheme of refracted-flow device eliminating the combination but starting quickly according to speed and working conditions and multi-nozzle adopting unit control and real-time regulation has greatly enhance character, stability and reliability of speed governor system.
