摘  要:目的探讨冬虫夏草水提液对兔急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)模型的抗脂质氧化作用。方法将实验动物随机分为对照组、模型组、治疗组,用静脉注射油酸的方法建立兔ARDS模型,观察各组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的差异。结果模型组SOD水平为(325.68±18.20)Uml,明显低于对照组(370.12±33.58)Uml(t=3.29,P<0.01);模型组MDA水平为(9.083±2.46)nmolml,明显高于对照组(1.708±0.98)nmolml(t=7.854,P<0.01)。治疗组SOD水平(362.06±12.34)Uml,明显高于模型组(t=4.875,P<0.05);治疗组MDA水平为(5.852±1.14)nmolml,明显低于对照组(t=3.535,P<0.05)。结论冬虫夏草水提液在兔ARDS模型中具有抗脂质氧化作用。Objective To study the antagonizing lipid peroxhinaide effect of Aweto water-extract in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), Methods Twenty-six New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, the ARDS group and the ARDS-treatment group. The ARDS model was established by intravenous injection of oleie acid and in treatment group aweto water-extract was administrated. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma were measured and compared in different groups two hours after the model was made. Results The SOD level in model group was lower than that in control group (325.68±18.20) U/ml vs (370.12±33.58)U/ml(t=3.29,P〈0.01), The MDA level in model group was higher than that of control group (9.083±2.46) nmol/ml vs (1,708±0.98)nmol/ml(t=7.854, P〈0.01). SOD in treatment group (362.06±12.34)U/ml was significantly higher than that in model group (t=4,875,P〈0.05). MDA in the treatment group (5.852±1.14)nmol/ml was significantly lower than that in model group (t=3,535, P〈0,05), Conduslon Aweto have the effect of antagonizing lipid peroxide in ARDS rabbits induced by oleie acid,
