摘　　要：在研究腈纶装置控制、维护和管理等3个系统基本要求的基础上,构建了大型腈纶生产装置的控制、维护和管理集成系统ICMMS(integrated control,m aintenance and m anagem ent system).系统以某大型腈纶生产装置为基本平台,研究了腈纶ICMMS的基本任务框架和实施手段,并就各系统的任务、协商机制与协商等级、功能函数及其确定方法、系统集成等方面进行了讨论和设计.实践表明,采用该系统后,可以提升腈纶生产装置的生产效率、安全性和稳定性.The basic demands of control, maintenance and management system of acrylic fiber product line are investigated, and the integrated control, maintenance and management system （ICMMS） for large acrylic fiber product equipment is provided. The paper introduces the basic task-level frames and the fundamental design methods for the ICMMS based on a real product plant, and presents the design results of the whole ICMMS including cooperation mechanisms, cooperation ranks, function activities and system integration in detail. The practical application of the ICMMS shows that the performance of all components is perfect, and it achieves the goal as safe, stable and efficient production of the plant.
