摘 要:目的:考察泻心汤(大黄、黄连、黄芩)配方颗粒剂与标准汤剂主要指标成分相对含量的变化。方法:采用3D-HPLC,甲醇(A)、含0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾的0.1%磷酸水(pH=3)(B)梯度洗脱,建立泻心汤配方颗粒剂与标准汤剂的指纹图谱。结果:确定了30个共有峰,得到了以黄芩苷为内标的相对保留时间和相对峰面积值。结论:两者主要指标成分相对含量差异较大,泻心汤配方颗粒剂含量较高。AIM: To study the difference in main chemical composition and content between (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei; Rhizoma Coptidis; Radix Scutellariae) dispensing granules and standard decoction. METHODS: 3D- HPLC was used with MeOH (A) ,0.1% H3 PO4-H2 0 ( include 0.02 mol/L KH2 PO4, pH = 3 ) ( B ) gradient elution, the fingerprint chromatogram of Xiexintang Dispensing Granules and standard decoction were set up. RESULTS: 30 peaks were indicated, the relative retention time and relative peak area were obtained. CONCLUSION: The difference between Xiexintang Dispensing Granules and standard decoction is obvious, the contents of the former are higher.
