中药胡颓子叶的脂溶性化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:对胡颓子叶(E laeagnus pungens Thunb.)进行化学成分分离。方法:采用硅胶和凝胶层析以及多种波谱学方法进行化学成分分离和结构鉴定。结果:从胡颓子叶的石油醚提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:正三十一烷(hentriantane)(1),羽扇豆醇(lupeol)(2),,β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(3)齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid)(4)和3,5-二羟基-4,,7-二甲氧基黄酮(3,5-dihydroxy-4,,7-dimethoxyflavone)(5)。结论:化合物1和5为首次从该植物中发现。AIM： To study the chemical constituents of Elaeagnus pungens. METHODS： Chemical constituents were separated through chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS： Five compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of leaves of Elaeagnus pungens Thunb. Their structures were elucidated as hentriantane （1）, lupeol （2）, β-sitosterol （3）, oleanolic acid （g） and 3,5- dihydroxy4, 7-dimethoxy flavone（5 ）. CONCLUSION ： Compounds hentriantane （ I ） and 3,5-dihydroxy4, 7- dimethoxyflavone （5） were isolated from this plant for the first time.
