摘 要:本文阐述了建筑节能的概念和必要性,介绍了《重庆市居住建筑节能设计标准》对室内热环境与能耗指标的要求,并以重庆市"海棠晓月B区"工程3-1栋楼为例详细地诠释了围护结构建筑节能设计。同时运用《重庆市居住建筑节能设计分析软件》对3-1栋楼进行了全年8760个小时的逐时模拟,结果表明该项目围护结构建筑节能设计及全年采暖空调总能耗均满足《重庆市居住建筑节能设计标准》规定,达到节能50%的要求。This article shows the concept and need of building energy efficiency, instructs the request of the interior thermal circumstance and guideline of energy consumption with 〈 Design Standard of Residential Building for Energy Efficiency in Chongqing 〉 and take the example of "Haitangxiaoyue B department" engineering in Chongqing detailedly explains the energy efficiency design of envelope construction. According to simulate the 3-1 ridgepole during 8760 hours throughout the year, the result shows that both the building energy efficiency design of envelope construction and the total air condition energy consumption all the year of this project satisfy the prescript of the above standard of energy efficiency in Chongqing.
