摘  要:我国古代典籍中记述有许多作物名称,由于历史变迁,称谓嬗变,缺乏系统研究与整理,影响科学文化的继承与传播.本文收集了60个具有地下根茎的作物古汉名并进行了考证,它们隶属于5科、6属、6种.该项研究沟通古今,沟通中外,可以促进我国作物栽培史的研究,在拯救、继承与弘扬古文化方面具有学术价值与社会意义.There are many appellations of food crops on the record of Chinese ancient books. Because the era vicissitudes and their names change, it cumbers the inheritance and development of science and culture. In this paper, we collect the ancient Chinese name 60 legume crops, which have eatible under earth root and stem, and have a textual research. It is found that they ~all into 5 families, 6 genera and 6 species. This research is not only communication of ancient time and present age, but of China and other countries. It has certain research value and social significance in retrieval, continuing and developing of Chinese ancient culture.
