摘　　要：提出了中国能源投入占用产出表表式的设计思路,并以1997年中国投入产出表为例对能源部门的分解和非能源部门的合并提出了一些方法。核心内容有三点:(1)将国民经济全部产业划分为9个能源部门和11个非能源部门;(2)能源投入占用产出表的主栏划分为投入部分和占用部分;(3)能源部门的产出采用价值量和实物量两种指标。This paper discusses the framework design of Input-Holding-Output Table of China Energy. The author puts forward some methods about energy sector decomposition and non-energy sector incorporating with the sample of Input-Output Table of China in 1997. Its core contents contain ： 1 ） divides all the sectors of national economy into 9 energy sectors and 11 non - energy sectors ;2） the main column of Input-Holding-Output Table is divided into input part and asset part;3 ） use physical and value indexes to measure the output of energy sectors.
